Our service is centred on occupied homes, which means properties in which the homeowners are currently living and will remain until they move into their new property. We work with your existing furniture (though we may recommend that some is removed, if there is an excess) and use our staging rental packs to enhance the overall look in a cohesive way.
About our Staging Pack rental:
We provide the rental of home staging packs for a period of 6 weeks to present your home to its highest potential whilst you are hosting viewings and open houses.
The staging pack is delivered to your home, unpacked and then styled by us - no need for you to lift a finger.
Our packs include everything needed to stage your home, including:
Soft furnishings such as cushions, throws, bedding and rugs
Table lamps
Living room and bedroom decor items
Kitchen decor, such as cake stands and cafetières
Bathroom decor, such as soap dispensers and towels
Wall art
Small items of furniture (e.g. side tables), where necessary.
We stage the hallway, living room, kitchen, dining room, main bathroom and master bedroom.
At the end of the rental period (or before, if your house sells), we will return to pack-up the staging pack and remove it.
Each pack is designed to appeal to the widest range of potential buyers, using neutral colours and a timeless aesthetic. Subtle nods to the coast and countryside aim to capitalise on our envious location in lovely Devon.
Steps:
Step 1
Contact Us us to express your interest and arrange a free consultation in your home.
Step 2
We’ll visit your home to get a feel for what size staging pack is appropriate for the property. We’ll also take lots of photos and measurements and advise on what needs to be done prior to staging day to ensure the service has maximum impact.
Step 3
We agree the date that you’d like the staging pack to be installed. This should take into account how much time you need to declutter and decorate.
Step 4
We sign the contract and you pay the deposit. The full balance is due 7 days prior to installation day.
Step 5
Contact your Estate Agent to arrange to have photos taken of the property the day after the installation or as close to it as possible.
Step 6
It’s staging day! We deliver the staging pack to your home and get to work! This typically takes just one day or less - take yourselves out and we’ll give you a call when we’re finished.
Step 7
We’ll leave you with detailed guidance on how to maintain the freshly-staged look and how to prepare for viewings and open house days.
Step 8
After 6 weeks (or sooner if your property sells), we will repack and remove the staging pack. If you wish to extend the rental for a further 6 weeks, make sure you give us one week’s notice.
